Fluorescent Powder / Leak Powder

Endura Visolite is a lightweight fluorescent powder used to quickly and easily detect dust leaks in baghouse systems. The powder is injected into the baghouse system and follows the path of least resistance, accumulating around the source of the leak. This could be a weak point in the filter material, a weld crack, a puncture, or another structural issue in the baghouse. The exact location of the dust leak can then be identified using a UV lamp (blacklight).

How to Use Endura Visolite Powder

A minimum of 0.5 kg of fluorescent powder is required for every 100 m² of filter fabric. This amount may need to be increased depending on the distance between the injection point and the baghouse. 6 Colors for Different Industries

- Red, Pink: Suitable for use in all industries.

- Orange: Can be used in all industries except those with the presence of iron oxide.

- Yellow: Suitable for most industries except cement, lime, asphalt, and cogeneration plants where dust contains sulfur.

- Green: Ideal for aluminum, cement, and energy sectors; creates a contrast with pink and orange.

- Blue: Suitable for plants conducting multiple tests per year, allowing for easy distinction between tests.
