Pulse Jet Cleaning System Equipment

Pulse Valves

Pulse valves, also known as diaphragm valves, are used in pulse jet bag filters to clean the filter bags. These valves create a burst of compressed air, which is directed through jets to produce a targeted air blast. This air blast dislodges the dust accumulated on the filter surface, causing the particles to fall into the bag filter's dust collection hopper.

Endura provides pulse valves for all types of bag filters and dust collection systems. We can supply exact replacement valves for your existing system or offer our new Smart Plant Pulse Valve. These valves deliver over 10 million cycles of long-lasting performance and offer energy savings compared to competing pulse valves. They are designed for high peak pressure and low air consumption.

Air Headers (Air Tanks)

The air volume in the supply tank determines the size of the required valve. A larger tank may require a valve capable of handling higher air volumes to ensure effective cleaning. Our range of compressed air tanks, compliant with regulations, is designed to meet your needs. Made from aluminum and stainless steel, our tanks stand out for their high performance and durability.

Blowpipes

Blowpipes are seamless, pressure-resistant pipes with multiple blow holes for each filter bag. The technical specifications of blowpipes include diameter, number of holes, hole size, and distance from the bag opening. Proper adjustment of these parameters is essential for effective cleaning.

Using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) flow analysis, we design blowpipes that deliver centered and maximum cleaning performance. We also manufacture them with precision using laser or CNC technology.

We supply replacement blowpipes in any size and specification to fit your system's requirements.
